ReadyOne Lands $186M DLA IDIQ to Manufacture Joint Service Protective Suit


ReadyOne Industries has secured a potential $186.3M firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from the Defense Logistics Agency to provide a common protective clothing ensemble to four U.S. military services.

The El Paso, Texas-based company will manufacture garments for the Air Force, Army, Marine Corps and Coast Guard as part of the Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology program, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

Work under the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is scheduled for completion by July 22, 2020, and with an ordering period of 18 months.

JSLIST is designed to protect military wearers from liquid chemical agent exposure.
