TYSONS CORNER, VA, January 9, 2018 — Todd Probert, vice president of mission support and modernization at Raytheon (NYSE: RTN), has said commercial software development could be a key focus of the Department of Defense in 2019 as it works to accelerate weapons systems procurement, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
