Dewberry has promoted a dozen staff members within the company’s office in Fairfax, Va., in a series of executive moves that coincides with an expansion of its engineering, architectural and consulting service lines within the D.C. metropolitan region.
Phil Thiel took the role of executive vice president with responsibility over Dewberry’s federal market strategy and business development program nationwide, the company said Wednesday.
Jean O’Toole, a business unit manager for civic, federal, healthcare and justice architecture, became associate principal.
Jerry Sparks, a senior water resources engineer, elevated to the position of senior VP. He has led the firm’s business group that supports the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Office of Resilience.
Siavosh Agahy, Tony Buitrago and Kate Gallagher will serve as associate vice presidents, while Jerry Mrykalo and Roderick Williams will be senior associates.
Parul Amin, Matthew Bullock, Marcus Cadman and Sid Pandey will work in associate roles.
