Jones Lang LaSalle-Midnight Sun JV Wins $237M Navy Base Operations Support IDIQ


A joint venture of Jones Lang LaSalle and Midnight Sun Technologies has won a potential $236.9M contract to support operations at the U.S. Navy‘s air station in Jacksonville, Fla., and outlying areas.

JLL-Midnight Sun IFMS will help the military branch manage utilities, facility investment operations, electrical systems, vehicles and equipment under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract,

Work also covers steam, water and wastewater, compressed air, environmental and training pool services.

The Navy received five proposals for the IDIQ that contains a $30.4M base value along with seven option years.

The branch will obligate $24.1M upon issuance of task orders for recurring work during the contract’s base period, which runs through December 2019.
