TYSONS CORNER, VA, September 10, 2018 — A partnership between Siemens Government Technologies and a U.S. Army depot in Texas has received recognition from the service branch for the energy and water conservation measures at the site, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.The Corpus Christi Army Depot said Wednesday the team was presented with the 2018 Secretary of the Army Energy and Water Management Award based on the facility’s cost avoidance of approximately $1.8M, 40-percent less electricity consumption and 49-percent reduction in water use through its energy savings performance contract with SGT.
