In-Q-Tel, Contrast Security Partner to Counter Cyber Attacks on Gov’t Software Apps

TYSONS CORNER, VA, September 10, 2018 — In-Q-Tel has entered into a strategic partnership with Contrast Security with the goal to help government clients protect software applications from cyber attacks with the use of innovative technologies, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

IQT said Thursday it invested in the security technology provider as part of efforts to address the cybersecurity requirements of the U.S. government.

Contrast Security offers “self-protecting” software designed to enable applications to detect and counter vulnerabilities and defend themselves against threats such as targeted attacks and bots.
