TYSONS CORNER, VA, September 11, 2018 — A Fluor-led (NYSE: FLR) joint venture has concluded work on a segment of a new bridge in New York as part of a construction project to replace the Governor Malcolm Wilson Tappan Zee Bridge, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
