Serco Inc. Named Among Best US Employers for Women in 2018


TYSONS CORNER, VA, August 22, 2018 — Serco‘s subsidiary in North America has received recognition from Forbes magazine as one of the top U.S. employers for women in 2018, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The company said Monday Serco Inc. was included in the “America’s Best Employers for Women 2018” list at No. 227 because of its diversity initiatives — including the Women at Serco Americas affinity group — and its hiring of women, who currently account for an estimated 40 percent of the workforce.
