TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 16, 2018 — Lockheed Martin’s (NYSE: LMT) Skunk Works division has collaborated with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency to conduct a series of flight tests in an effort to demonstrate integrated operations between air, space, land, sea and cyber platforms in contested environments, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.The company said Friday the effort — which supports the agency’s System of Systems Integration Technology and Experimentation program — sought to verify interoperability between a C-12 aircraft, a flying test bed, a ground station and flight test aircraft, and showcased the STITCHES integration tool’s ability to enable data transmission between those platforms.
