ICF: Majority of Fed Leaders Want Citizen Experience as Priority in Digital Transformation


TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 26, 2018 — ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI) has found via a survey that 90 percent of federal agency leaders believe their organizations should prioritize citizen experience in their digital transformation initiatives, even as 80 percent indicate greater focus on back-end technology, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
