Deloitte Survey Shows Workforce Perspective at Public Sector Agencies

TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 20, 2018 — A Deloitte survey has revealed that 21 percent of respondents from the public sector believe agency C-suite leaders work together on strategic projects and initiatives, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The company said Monday it polled more than 800 government and public services employees as part of the 2018 Global Human Capital Trends Survey, which outlines key workforce trends facing government organizations such as artificial intelligence, robotics and automation, the hyper-connected workplace and career pathways.

“With only 21 percent of government respondents saying that their C-suite leaders work together on strategic projects, it is not surprising that government respondents also had low scores related to new technologies and career pathways trends,” said John Forsythe, managing director and government and public services human capital leader at Deloitte Consulting.
