Northrop Grumman Receives DoD Award for Mentorship of QTEC Aerospace

TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 2, 2018 — A Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) team has received the Nunn-Perry award from the Defense Department for helping women-owned small business QTEC Aerospace mature its business operations, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

Northrop Grumman said Monday QTEC has expanded its business and workforce during the former’s three-year mentorship under a Mentor-Protege Program with the Missile Defense Agency, which is aimed at helping small businesses compete for contracts and subcontracts with the help of established companies.
