TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 12, 2018 — The International Organization for Standardization and International Electrotechnical Commission has given Alexandria, Virginia-based Technical and Project Engineering certification for its cybersecurity practices, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The ISO/IEC 27013:2015 certification builds on TAPE’s implementation of an integrated data security and information technology service management system in support of its government customers, the technology company said Tuesday.

Michael Kelliher, vice president of enterprise services at TAPE, added the certification works to verify that TAPE is geared to safeguard data that is important to U.S. interests.
