TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 16, 2018 — Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has named Venkata Renduchintala, currently chief engineering officer and president of the client and internet-of-things businesses and systems architecture at Intel (Nasdaq: INTC), to the audit committee of the former’s board of directors, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
Renduchintala’s addition brings the number of the consulting firm’s board members to 12, including 11 external and independent directors, Accenture said Thursday.
At Intel, Renduchintala oversees the technology, product design, engineering and process development efforts of the company’s businesses.
