Kratos to Continue Sale of Orbital ATK Rocket Motor for National Security Market Areas


TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 22, 2018 — Kratos Defense and Security Solutions (Nasdaq: KTOS) and Orbital ATK (NYSE: OA) have reached an agreement to reaffirm the former’s exclusive rights to offer the Oriole solid propellant rocket motor in certain markets, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

Orbital ATK’s missile products division cleared Kratos’ space and missile defense systems unit to continue its sale of Oriole for national security-related areas such as weapon systems research, missile defense and hypersonics, the latter company said Tuesday.
