TYSONS CORNER, VA, JANUARY 16, 2017 – The Potomac Officers Club — a division of Executive Mosaic — has added two panelists to its list of speakers for the third Defense Research and Development Summit. The panelists are: Dr. Thomas Burns (DARPA) and Maj. Gen. William Cooley (Air Force Research Laboratory).
Given the rapid pace at which technology advances in the private sector, the Department of Defense has been taking a closer look at how industry can assist in the creation of cutting edge defense technologies.
