Jacobs Lands Construction Management Award for LA Gov’t Facility

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 12, 2017 — Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE: JEC) has received recognition from the Construction Management Association of America for its work in leading a California-based construction project for a federal government customer, GovCon Executive reported Monday.

The company said Friday the Project of the Year award serves to highlight its role in the design and construction of a 633,000-square-foot facility in Los Angeles that now houses the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and local units of the U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Attorneys’ Office, Federal Public Defender’s Office and the General Services Administration.
