Boeing Secures Air Force Order for Transmission System Modification Installation


TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 19, 2017 — A Boeing (NYSE: BA) business unit will perform installation, test and integration services for a U.S. Air Force modified low-frequency transmission system under a potential $40.1 million task order, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

The Defense Department said Friday Boeing Defense, Space and Security will also provide support equipment and technical data for the system under the order that runs through Nov. 30, 2019, with work locations in Offutt Air Force Base and San Antonio, Texas.
