Tyonek-AES-Zenetex Alliance Lands Potential $275M Navy Aircraft Maintenance Support Contract


A joint venture of Tyonek Worldwide Services, Affordable Engineering Services and Zenetex has received a potential $275 million contract to help the U.S. Navy‘s Fleet Readiness Center Southwest maintain, repair and overhaul aircraft platforms.

Aircraft Readiness Alliance will also provide depot-level maintenance support to deployed aircraft fleet squadrons nationwide, refurbish aviation end items and manufacture component parts, ARA said Tuesday.

Work also covers modernization, conversion, assembly, disassembly and program support services for multiple aircraft types stationed in San Diego and other remote facilities in the Western Pacific Region.

ARA will help FRCSW maintain aircraft platforms such as AV-8, C-130, C-2, E-2, EA-6B, F/A-18, H-1, H-53, H-60, MQ-8, P-3, P-8, F-35 and V-22 along with related systems and equipment.

The alliance added it will perform MRO support on shipboard aircraft launch and recovery equipment under the contract.
