Northrop to Support Navy Triton UAV Sustainment Under $66M Task Order

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 9, 2017 — Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) will provide test and maintenance services for the U.S. Navy‘s MQ-4C Triton unmanned aerial vehicles under a $66.3 million task order, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The Defense Department said Thursday Northrop Grumman Systems received the task order as part of a basic ordering agreement for the sustainment of Triton vehicles as well as mission control and operator training systems in support of the UAV’s initial operating capability for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions.
