L3 Subsidiary to Develop Simulator for Army Nuclear Effects Laboratory


TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 17, 2017 — An L3 Technologies (NYSE: LLL) subsidiary will design, build and test a simulation platform for the U.S. Army‘s nuclear effects laboratory at the White Sands Missile Range under an $18.5 million contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

The Defense Department said Friday L3 Applied Technologies will also integrate, manage, document and deliver the Prompt Gamma Simulator, with contract work slated through Oct. 10, 2020.
