VIDEO: Navy Helicopters Assist With U.S. Virgin Islands Relief

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (Sept. 8 and 9, 2017) Multiple air operations conducted on St. Croix and St. Thomas islands using U.S. Navy helicopters. During the missions, food, water and emergency supplies were delivered and patients were evacuated. These missions were conducted by the Department of Defense at the request of Federal Emergency Management Agency and local government officials to aid in the recovery following the impact of Hurricane Irma on the Virgin Islands.
