IBM’s Watson to Help Public Safety Org Analyze Guidance for Emergency Comms

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 16, 2017 — IBM‘s (NYSE: IBM) cognitive computing technologies will be integrated into the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials International’s 9-1-1 guidance software in efforts to gain insight on emergency communications, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
