BAE Systems Unveils Plans for Centralized Defense Facility in Victoria, Australia

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 2, 2017 — BAE Systems aims to open a new facility in Australia that will serve as a hub for the company’s aerospace, land and maritime business operations in Victoria, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The company said Tuesday the future defense hub will house production of the Land 400 armed combat reconnaissance vehicles for the Australian army and new defense platforms and systems for the country’s military.
