TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 25, 2017 — Vectrus (NYSE: VEC) eyes an expanded business with the U.S. Air Force with the award earlier this year of a $97 million contract for base operations support services, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
The company said Monday its Vectrus Systems subsidiary will provide operations management, facility engineering, grounds maintenance and related services in support of Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi.
“It’s an honor to support our Air Force client at one of the largest technical training wings in the U.S. Air Education and Training Command,” said Chuck Prow, president and CEO of Vectrus and an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2017.
