Serco to Use Content Guru Contact Center Platform for Gov’t Customer Service


TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 10, 2017 — Serco will collaborate with Content Guru to deliver the latter’s storm cloud-based communications integration platform to provide contact center support for the public sector, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The platform will work to streamline communications from the public through social media, email, SMS, voice and other digital channels into a central system in efforts to drive customer service for government agencies, Serco said Monday.
