May 8 Market Close: GovCon Index Down and Markets Up

The Executive Mosaic GovCon Index closed down 0.318 percent to 93.368, as decliners outpaced advancers 2 to 1.

The major markets closed unchanged with centrist Emmanuel Macron winning the French presidential election on Sunday.

Saudi Arabia and Russia indicated they may extend production cuts into 2018 which drove WTI was up $0.21 to $46.43 per barrel.
