General Atomics, Partner Open Reaper Landing Gear Production Facility in Netherlands

TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 1, 2017 — A division of General Atomics has partnered with GKN Aerospace‘s Fokker business to open a facility in the Netherlands that would house production of Predator B/MQ-9 Reaper landing gear systems, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

Fokker said Tuesday it will work with General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc. to oversee the automated production line at the new facility as part of the latter’s collaboration with local industry to offer the Reaper remotely piloted aircraft to the Dutch armed forces.
