Cubic, Partners to Develop Smart Transport Tech Under Australian Gov’t Grant


TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 28, 2017 — Cubic (NYSE: CUB) will work to develop smart transport and mobility systems for Australia as part of a public-private consortium that received a 10-year, $41 million government grant, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The company said Tuesday its transportation systems business will work with other partners in the iMOVE Cooperative Research Center to build multimodal transportation management technologies to address traffic congestion and other related concerns.
