Vectrus Lands Recompete Contract for Maxwell AFB Operations Support; Chuck Prow Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 22, 2017 — A business unit of Vectrus (NYSE: VEC) will provide base operations support to the U.S. Air Force at Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base under a $37 million recompete contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The company said Friday Vectrus Systems will deliver resource management, communications and information technology, emergency management, installation and airfield management, transient and static display maintenance and other associated services through March 2018.

Chuck Prow, president and CEO of Vectrus and an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2017, said the company will continue to support the Air Force over the next years.
