SSL-Managed Firm Gets Recognition for NASA Robotic Servicing Mission Support; Rich White Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 20, 2017 — MDA US Systems, a division of MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates that Space Systems Loral manages, has received recognition for its support to a NASA robotic servicing mission in January, GovCon Executive reported Wednesday.

SSL said Wednesday the Johnson Space Center cited MDA US Systems’ help in planning and validating the Special Purpose Dextrous Manipulator robotic arm’s maneuvers to update the power system of the International Space Station.
