Executive Mosaic, Tysons Corner, VA March 9, 2017 — DeEtte Gray, president of the intelligence and security sector at BAE Systems‘ U.S. subsidiary, has been inducted into this year’s Executive Mosaic Wash100 for her leadership in cyber talent strategy and information technology security.
The Wash100 is the premier group of private and public sector executives selected by Executive Mosaic’s organizational and editorial leadership as the most influential voices in the GovCon sector and recognized for their leadership and impact in shaping the industry.
Gray pushed for industry, government and academia to invest in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and cyber to develop future talent in order to address changing security threats.
“We need cyber training that adapts to security threats… and we need agile cyber education initiatives that are capable of educating students about the impact cyber attacks pose worldwide,” she told her audience at a 2016 conference of the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education.
Her team at BAE also currently provides test engineering, IT and weapons integration services to the U.S. Navy under a $368 million contract as well as systems maintenance and development services for the Air Force Research Laboratory’s information-sharing platforms.
