Six companies have won spots on a potential five-year, $89.4 million contract to provide dental personnel services to the U.S. Navy.The Naval Medical Logistics Command received 25 bids for the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that was awarded as a small business set-aside program, the Defense Department said Monday.
The awardees are:
- AA Dental Staffing
- AlphaDog Medical and Dental
- Defense Health Solutions
- Dental Power International
- Medforce Government Solutions
- Southern Crescent Personnel
The service branch will obligate Defense Health Program funds for fiscal 2017 upon award of task orders under the firm-fixed-price contract, which covers general dentists, dental hygienists, dental subspecialists, laboratory technicians and dental assistants.
Work will occur through June 17, 2022 at various naval hospitals and treatment facilities in Washington, Hawaii and California.
