Mitre Names Winner of IoT Security Challenge

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 2, 2017 — Mitre has selected the winning team in the Mitre Unique Identification of Things challenge that sought to develop strategies to address security issues associated with the Internet of Things, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The company said Friday a Ciena hardware engineer led the winning team from Georgia that won $50,000, while teams from Pulzze Systems and Tietronix took the next spots.
