Gary Tenison, formerlyÂ vice president of marketing and business development atÂ Kaman‘s (NYSE: KAMN) aerospace group, will officially joinÂ Triumph GroupÂ on Feb. 13 as VPÂ of business development.
Triumph said WednesdayÂ that Tenison will bring to the company more than 30 years of aerospace industry experience.
“Gary will accelerate the critical work already underway to grow our pipeline and improve new business capture for the company,” said Triumph President and CEOÂ Dan Crowley.
Tenison previously oversaw Kaman’s BD process restructuring initiative that aimed to help the aircraft systems manufacturing firm implement aÂ focused approachÂ for new opportunities and increase its market visibility and competitiveness.
He led the sales organization at EatonÂ (NYSE: ETN) for eight years and implementedÂ various approaches intended to help the power management company identify business pursuits, build capture strategies and carry outÂ sales campaigns.
