Five companies have won spots on a potential five-year, $95 million contract to provide construction and renovation support services for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command.

NAVFAC received 18 offers for the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that has a one-year base term and four one-year options, the Defense Department said Tuesday.

The design-build contract covers materials and tools, engineering, transportation and labor in support of repair, alteration and demolition work for airfield, hangar, aircraft traffic control, dormitory, warehouses, recruit barracks, administrative, community support and training facilities within NAVFAC’s mid-Atlantic Marine Corps integrated product team area of responsibility.

Work will occur in South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina and other parts of the U.S. through January 2022.

Awardees are:

  • Civil Works Contracting
  • CMC Building
  • Garry Jacques
  • Mitchell Brothers
  • Rocky Hill Contracting

Civil Works Contracting received a task order worth $679,725 to perform repairs at an aircraft recovery facility at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort in South Carolina through January 2018.

NAVFAC will use the Navy’s and Marine Corps’ operations and maintenance funds to support future task orders, according to DoD.
