Vencore’s Research Arm to Help Advance Airborne Comms for DARPA

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Jan. 17, 2017 — The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has awarded Vencore‘s research arm a 17-month, $2.5 million contract to help update airborne systems and networks under a program that seeks to ensure uninterrupted communications, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

Vencore Labs will build and deliver technology to support network and radio communications against interference in an effort to bolster utilization of mission data as part of DARPA’s Dynamic Network Adaptation for Mission Optimization program, the company said Thursday.
