Leidos Wins $98M Army Field Artillery Tactical Data System Modernization Contract

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Jan. 3, 2017 — The Defense Information Systems Agency has awarded Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) a potential five-year, $98.1 million contract for an updated field artillery tactical data system, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The system will work to address the mission needs of the U.S. Army’s program executive office for command, control and tactical communications under the contract, which has a $58.1 million base value over three years,  the Defense Department said Thursday.
