Deloitte Reports CFO Outlook on Congressional Gridlock, Policy Changes in Next Administration

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Jan. 9, 2017 — A new Deloitte study has found that 73 percent of surveyed chief financial officers from commercial and government companies in North America believe there would be less congressional gridlock in the upcoming administration, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The company said Thursday the CFOs also expect changes to policies concerning corporate taxes, international trade, healthcare and immigration will be implemented over the next four years.

Deloitte’s study surveyed 137 CFOs from Nov. 9 to 23 for the professional services firm’s “CFO Signals” report for the fourth quarter of 2016.
