U.S., India Continue Talks on Boeing, Lockheed Fighter Aircraft Production Facilities


TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 12, 2016 — The U.S. and India are working on a deal to establish manufacturing hubs for Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) F-16 and Boeing (NYSE: BA) F/A-18 fighter jets in India, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The Washington Post reported Monday the Indian government seeks to co-produce both the F-16 and F/A-18 aircraft platforms as part of the Make in India program.
