State Department Approves Sale of Boeing-Built Munition Tail Kits to Kuwait

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 28, 2016 — The State Department has approved the $37 million sale of 750 Boeing-built (NYSE: BA) Joint Direct Attack Munition tail kits and associated equipment to the government of Kuwait, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency said Friday the foreign military sales contract will include JDAM load build trainer spares, support equipment, repair and return and logistics support with Boeing as its sole-source contractor.
