PAE Secures $66M Navy Range Operations Support Contract Modification

The U.S. Navy has awarded PAE a one-year, $66 million contract modification to exercise an option for range engineering, operations and maintenance support services.

The modification covers system operations, laboratory and field testing, marine operations and target support services, engineering, range sustainability, maintenance and data reduction and analysis, the Defense Department said Monday.

Work will occur in Patuxent River, Maryland through December 2017.

PAE will provide the services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft division’s Atlantic test range as well as the Atlantic targets and marine operations divisions.

The Naval Air Systems Command obligated $10.5 million from the Navy’s fiscal 2017 major range and test facility base and operations and maintenance funds at the time of award of the modification.
