HPE’s Earl Matthews: Military Should Utilize New Technologies to Attain Technological Superiority

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 4, 2016 — Earl Matthews, a vice president at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE), has stated that the U.S. military should utilize emerging electromagnetic platforms to support its technological superiority, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

Matthews noted that future higher data processing systems will have to work to change frequency dependencies as they operate in the electromagnetic spectrum,  Signal magazine reported Wednesday.

“Breaches are inevitable, cyber situational assessments have to be ongoing, automation is going to be key and you have to have analytics to reduce the time to mitigate the damage, ” he said.
