Agfa Healthcare has wonÂ a potential 10-year, $768 million contract from the Defense Logistics Agency to supplyÂ digital imaging network-picture archive communication systems to the U.S. military.
The Defense Department said Friday DLA Troop Support received seven offers for the procurement effortÂ andÂ will fund the contract with the agency’sÂ fiscal year 2016Â through fiscal 2026 defense working capital funds.
Agfa Healthcare will provide the medical imaging technologyÂ to the U.S. Navy, Army, Air Force, Marine Corps as well as federal civilian agencies, DoD noted.
DoD expects the company to finish contract workÂ Aug. 11, 2026.
