TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 7, 2016 — The U.K. government has cleared two Lockheed Martin-built (NYSE: LMT) F-35B fighter jets to participate in the Farnborough International Airshow and Royal International Air Tattoo, Executive Gov reported Wednesday.Defense News reported Tuesday the two F-35 variants used by the U.S. Marine Corps completed validation flights in order to practice for and participate in the events.
