acquisition, mergerDynamis has purchased Defense Group Inc.’s Emergency & Security Management Solutions subsidiary for an undisclosed sum in an effort to expand the delivery of technology platforms to federal government and industry clients both in the U.S. and overseas.

The deal also includes the acquisition of the COBRA security and emergency management software suite, Dynamis said Monday.

Fairfax, Virginia-based Dynamis provides program and decision support, organizational development, instructional systems design, engineering and IT services for government and commercial clients.

DGI is a veteran-owned small business that offers vulnerability assessment, homeland security, intelligence, public safety and national security platforms and related support services to both public and private sectors.
