Kymm McCabe, founder and CEO of business development services provider Value Storm Growth Partners, has joined Deloitte’s federal government services practice as a principal of the company’s digital consultancy business.

McCabe will focus on Deloitte Digital’s efforts to help federal government clients craft digital strategies and implement digital platforms and applications in her new role, the company said Monday.

She spent four years at ASI Government as president and CEO.

Prior to ASI, McCabe served as acting deputy director of the business transformation office at the U.S. Army and senior vice president at ICF International (Nasdaq: ICFI).

She was former president and CEO of Advanced Performance Consulting Group, senior executive on behalf of The Carlyle Group, senior research adviser at the Alliance for Converging Technologies and a management consultant at EDS for five years.

McCabe spearheaded the establishment of the Acquisition of the Future interagency movement in 2013 that led to the launch of the AOF transformation guide.

She continues to support the AOF program hosted by the American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council by serving as one of the initiative’s executive sponsors.

She served as chair of the Professional Services Council’s acquisition and business policy council from 2013 to December 2015 and is also director of the Procurement Round Table.
