Siemens to Help 2 Fed Correctional Facilities Conserve Energy, Water; Barbara Humpton Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 10, 2016 — Siemens has received a $38.6 million energy savings performance contract from the Federal Bureau of Prisons to implement energy and water conservation measures at two Kentucky correctional facilities, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

The company’s government technologies business will establish 44 such measures at the Federal Correctional Institution in Ashland and the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Siemens said Wednesday.
