NS2 Serves said Thursday it received the recognition at a ceremony hosted by Michelle Obama and Jill Biden for the Joining Forces initiative.

The nonprofit organization offers a three-month, in-residence training program on SAP software where graduates get a “Certified SAP Associate” designation.

“[It] tackles two problems at once — providing transitioning veterans with a marketable skill set while filling the void for highly qualified, team- and goal-focused professionals for the national security community, ” said Mark Testoni, president of NS2 Serves, CEO of SAP NS2 and an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2016.
