NASA Astronauts Test Boeing Training Simulators for Starliner Spacecraft


BoeingCSTTYSONS CORNER, VA, May 6, 2016 — NASA astronauts visited Boeing‘s (NYSE: BA) St. Louis facility in Missouri to train on launch, flight and return operations for the CST-100 Starliner spacecraft using cloud-based, touchscreen simulators, Executive Gov reported Thursday.

The space agency said April 27 two commercial crew astronauts tested the part-task trainers before they are shipped to Johnson Space Center to support the daily training of the full Starliner crew.
